Description
SNAP is seeking a qualified individual for a Rental Assistance Specialist position to work in SNAPs Essential Connections Core. This position is full time, regular and open to all qualified individuals.

Starting Salary for this position is $15.65-$17.61 per hour DOE
Full pay range is $15.65-$25.06

Position Summary: Serves as a member of SNAPs Resource Team. Create a positive customer service experience for clients, landlords and others seeking rental assistance information and support. This position will provide high level programmatic guidance regarding the rental assistance program. Will provide referrals as needed. Handles a large volume of inbound phone calls and emails.
Education and Experience
Required: High school diploma or equivalent and at least two years experience in a clerical position with multi-line phone experience, preferably in a social service setting. Strong preference for bilingual skills in Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese and/or Marshallese.
