Position Overview:

As a Summer Program Associate, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working on meaningful projects that align with our mission. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of nonprofit operations, community engagement, grant writing, marketing, partnerships, etc. You will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals and peers, contributing to initiatives that make a real difference in the workforce landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Support: Assist in organizing and promoting virtual job fairs, professional networking events, and community outreach activities.
  • Work Congress: Support research and content creation for our think tank, focusing on the future of work and policy discussions.
  • Knowledge Hub: Contribute to the development and delivery of reskilling programs, helping individuals adapt to changing job markets.
  • Cross-functional Support: Engage in marketing, partnerships, social media management, grant writing, technology support, and project management tasks as aligned with individual interests and program needs.

  • Interest and/or experience in one or more of the following areas: event planning, social media, research, content creation, education, technology, marketing, grant writing, or project management.
