Financial Representatives (FRs) are responsible for sourcing and managing clients; they will be mentored by a financial advisor while they earn their licenses to become an advisor themselves. There is no obligation to become an advisor, but that path is open should you desire it. Training time varies based on employees' ability & skill. There are two dedicated training days (Monday & Friday) each week where FRs will learn how to communicate with clients, source clients, and utilize all available tools. There are additional trainings available throughout the week and these are optional.
An ideal candidate will be motivated, assertive, and willing to grow.
